It is for community groups and individuals who are looking to make change and connect with local likeminded groups.

What does the route map look like?

The route map is made up of 18 pages. It is very visual, making it easy to read and understand.

It is a map in the form of a tree and consists of 5 different themes:

  • Support self efficiency
  • Getting around
  • Growing skills and employment
