New Application Form

This year our grant applications will be submitted using an online form via Airtable. There are lots of benefits to the new set up:

  • Easy - submitting your application online is easier and quicker, with all information clearly displayed on one page.
  • Accessible on different devices - the online form is widely supported across devices, allowing you to submit an application from either your computer, tablet or phone.
  • No additional software - you don't need additional software like Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat to fill in the application.
  • Easier document submission - simply attach your supporting documents directly to the online form.
  • Instant confirmation - you will receive instant confirmation upon submission, including a summary of your application.
  • Improved security - your information and documents are stored directly on our secure system, reducing risk of data being lost, intercepted, or sent to the wrong address.

Can I leave the form and come back to it?
Yes. The form will automatically save, even if you close the browser window. However, if you do need to leave the form for a longer period of time or wish to work on the application from different devices, we recommend saving your text to a Word document or similar for peace of mind.
How do I upload documents?
The application form allows you to drop files directly from your computer or browse other locations such as Google Drive, OneDrive or an external link.
What file formats are accepted for uploaded documents?
We accept common file formats such as PDF, DOC, JPEG and PNG. Please ensure bank details and contact names are visible as we will use this information for grant payment purposes.
Can I send my documents by email instead of uploading them?

How do I submit my application?
Complete the application form ensuring all required fields (marked with the * symbol) are complete, and click on the “submit” button at the bottom of the page. Please ensure you do not close the browser window or navigate away from the page until the “Application Received” page is displayed.
How do I know my form has been submitted?
You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your application.
Where will my data be saved?

Your information will be securely stored on our systems and handled only by our team in the review process. All bank statements will be deleted upon successful payment of grant (or immediately in the case of an unsuccessful application). Can I edit my application after submitting it?
No, once your application has been submitted, you will not be able to make changes. Please review all information carefully before submitting. Can I submit more than one application?
No, if multiple applications from one group or organisation are received, we will contact you directly to confirm which application you intend to submit. 
I'm unable to use the online form, can I submit using a Word document instead?
